I have not been to a Dunkin doughnuts in a few years. Last time was on vacation on east coast where my mom’s cousin got married.

There is one less than 5 miles from my house put in within that time.

That is my only Dunkin doughnuts story.

I was dying when I saw that yesterday. My wife couldn’t figure out how they even managed to get there, she thought they were trying to back in. I feel scared knowing drivers like that are on the road.

I really wish I got the whole thing on video. The progression from where she started to where she ended up and the need to yell “WHY DID YOU TURN???"

Good thing they got the SUV instead of a minivan. That way, they’ve got the extra traction and clearance for when they need it. Like when you need to drive up on a 2 inch curb to get out of your own dumb parking issues.

I’m guessing that she was parked in the spot by the curb, with the front wheels touching the sidewalk. That’s mistake #1, as the sidewalk is not supposed to be a park stop.

The space next to her was empty, so (mistake #2) she cut the wheel FULL LEFT way too early, making the left rear tire hit the curb before the car had backed out of the space. Instead of starting over again, she cut the wheel FULL RIGHT and pulled forward, making it worse. Rinse and repeat until everyone’s staring at you and somebody slips a brochure for the local driver’s ed school under the wiper...
